Position Title: Video Producer/Editor

Reports to: Social Media Director

Job Summary:  The Video Producer/Editor is responsible for full-cycle production of video content to be distributed across multiple platforms.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Pre-Production - plan, storyboard, and notify staff members of upcoming shoots to ensure instruction is not disrupted.  Identify and secure locations for shoots and partner with Social Media Director and others on scripting, when appropriate

• Production - coach talent on desired outcome of shots/interviews to ensure quality and alignment of messaging to our mission/values, and ensure proper lighting, audio capture

• Post-Production - edit video content and enhance the production value of the material using video editing software to include graphics, sound effects, filters, etc. to produce captivating and motivating deliverables

• Stay up to date on emerging/hip production techniques and content

• Manage the storage of video content for future use
