AUSTIN HALL - VISUAL INSTRUCTOR

Austin has had a deep passion for the marching arts since a young age. He started his performing career with Marvin Ridge HS Marching Band in Waxhaw, NC, honing his mellophone technique. After graduation, he started his drum corps performance career with The Troopers. He spent three summers with The Troopers from 2016 to 2018. The following summer of 2019, he proudly aged out as a member with The Cadets.

Austin has spent multiple years on visual staffs across the pageantry arts. From 2016 to 2018, he spent two years as a visual and high brass instructor at Marvin Ridge HS, and one year as the visual caption head. In 2018, he was a visual designer and choreographer for Sun Valley HS in Monroe, NC. In 2019, he joined the visual staff at Oviedo HS in Oviedo, FL. Since 2020, Austin has been the visual caption head at Windermere HS in Windermere, FL. He also serves as the lead visual designer for Windermere HS Indoor Percussion. In 2021, he was on the visual staff for the Troopers, and in 2022, he spent time with the Louisiana Stars on their visual staff.

Austin currently resides in Orlando, FL, and is currently a Cast Member at Walt Disney World. He has been with Horizon WInds since 2020 and is excited for the 2023 season!
