Jason Jennings

My name is Jason Jennings, I have been involved in drum corps since 1991-1993 when I performed with Arizona Sun Drum and Bugle Corps from Phoenix, AZ. This is a life long passion and have had many students over the years march with corps all over including Velvet Knights, Blue Knights, Troopers, Santa Clara Vanguard and most recently here at The Battalion.

I continued to march after HS and marched at Northern Arizona University where I obtained my degree in Criminal Justice and Sociology. My primary 9-5 for the last 15 years has been in the transportation and logistics field. This has given me a unique understanding and insight into planning and transportation of groups all around the country.

Currently, I'm the co-director of North Star Independent a WGI group in Idaho Falls, ID. We are 4x WGI World Championship Finalist and the 2023 WGI Independent A Bronze Medalists.

I'm based in Idaho Falls, ID where enjoy life with my wife Sarah and our 3 amazing kids. I was very excited to help with The Battalion this last summer by helping to haul the food truck across the Ohio Valley and through Indianapolis back to Utah. I look forward to working more with the organization and trying to grow the activity here in Idaho.
