Luke McCollum

Luke McCollum is a results-driven HR professional and Senior Director of Talent in Denver, CO where he guides strategies in engagement, talent assessment, performance management, training and development, succession planning, and strategic execution. He studied Business Management with an emphasis in Organizational Behavior and HR at BYU where he was a member and instructor of the drumline.  Luke and his wife, Alyssa McCollum, are co-founders of The Battalion, and Luke served as the CEO of the organization for 5 years. He was a member of the Blue Knights Percussion Ensemble from 2003 to 2005. He enjoys spending time with his wife and son
