The Battalion today announced the addition of Sabian to its growing list of corps partners. This brand alignment means the corps will play exclusively on Sabian cymbals in 2017.
“With the addition of a cymbal line in 2017, this partnership with Sabian comes at an advantageous stage in our growth as an organization,” said executive director Dallin Hatch. “We look forward to working together to provide our members with a fantastic performance experience.”
The Battalion joins Sabian’s growing list of partner ensembles like Colts, Pacific Crest, Broken City Percussion, and Gateway Indoor Percussion.
SABIAN was founded in 1981, when Robert Zildjian - unsatisfied with the quality, the sound and the very relevance of the cymbals being manufactured at the time - opened SABIAN in the small eastern Canadian village of Meductic, New Brunswick.
The company has since become a global center for cymbal and sound innovation, resulting in an unprecedented level of choice from a diverse offering of cymbal designs. Visit Sabian.com to discover the vast range of cymbals and percussion instruments available to you - be sure to listen to sound clips and watch performance video.
